What do you do? I’m a marketing manager for Ryvita which means I help develop and launch new Ryvita products as well as developing our advertising and other activity – like our fantastic Ryvita kitchen where we tour the country chatting to nice people and give out delicious samples of all our products throughout the day.
What is your favourite RYVITA® and why? I can’t choose! I like them all depending on the time of day and the occasion! My favourite at the moment is Black Pepper Crispbread with hummus, baby tomatoes & rocket for lunch. And a friend recently introduced me to Manchego - a Spanish cheese - which I love, topped with a little chutney on our Crackers for Cheese .
With Valentine’s Day just round the corner, we are asking our RYVITA® fans who they’d love to share their RYVITA® Thins with – who would be your dream date? I have a real thing for Michael McIntyre – I think he seems lovely and he really makes me laugh….
How have you spent your best Valentine's day? My best ever Valentine’s Day was spent in Bali over 10 years ago while I was traveling with my then boyfriend (now husband). On Valentine’s Day, he bought me a dozen rambutan fruits!! I have no idea why because he’d never bought me a dozen of anything before and never has done since! He said they were red and spiky and had reminded him of roses but were significantly cheaper and more useful. Hmm. We ate our way through them sitting by the pool that day – they tasted beautiful. I’ve never had one since then, they don’t taste the same here.
