What’s your secret to staying fit and healthy? We love hearing from our ladies that crunch – if you’ve had an ingenious idea that’s helped towards your well-being, why not share it with others? Check out the great suggestions we’ve received so far:

"I hated being stuck in front of the TV every evening, so I joined a salsa class. I've never felt fitter and I've made so many new friends."
 - Laura, Blackpool

"Wolfing down a sarnie at my desk made me feel tired and bloated. Now I always find time for a short walk during lunch - it really boosts my energy levels."
 -  Marie, Norfolk

"I'm a fan of strictly healthy snacking. Swapping chocolate bars and crisps for apples and bananas means I don't go hungry between meals."
 - Jayne, Devon

"I enlisted the support of my friends to help me stop smoking. When I'd done six months without a ciggy, the girls took me out for a wonderful dinner!"
 - Harriet, South London

"It's little changes that make a difference. To get more exercise into my day, I use the stairs at work rather than the lift, and get off at an earlier bus stop."
 - Brenda, Berkshire

"Sounds obvious, I know, but I make sure I have breakfast, lunch and dinner. If I eat regularly, I don't want to snack, plus I don't get hungry and irritable."
 - Linda, Carlisle

"I was getting through about six coffees a day when I was stressed at work. Now I've replaced four of those cups with other drinks, like water, a smoothie, and a fruit tea."
 - Eleanor, Warwick

"To stop myself eating too much, I have a glass of water before a meal. It helps to fill me up and stops me getting dehydrated, too."
 - Jacqui, York

"I started going along to cardmaking classes at our local community centre. It's great to have something to focus on other than the husband and kids."
- Cathy, Bangor

"Sudoku and crossword puzzles are fantastic for sharpening up your mind. I do them on the train to wake me up!"
- Claire, Plymouth

"Never feel guilty about taking some time for yourself - whether it's indulging in a facial, enjoying my favourite soap, or an early night with a good book. You've earned it!"
- Belinda, Scarborough

I love the new flavous and different textures, they have really brought the best out of the ryvita. I am going to try the mini ryvitas this week and I know they will be as good as the others. Thank you very much!!

Just wanted to say how fabulous your Pumpkin seeds and oats crispbreads are. I have often had Ryvitas but these are the absolute best. I have these eveyday for my lunch with different toppings. Thanks and well done.
