Paprika Goulash soup
Spicy exotic heart warming soup ready in 15 minutes.
RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Multigrain Crispbread
- 200g ham (diced)
- 1 large red pepper (died)
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 1 tablespoon roast paprika
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 large potato (diced)
- 1L beef stock
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- sour cream and chopped parsley
Method
1. Place all the ingreadines except the sour cream and chopped parsley in a pan. Bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with sourcream and chopped parsley. Serve with Rivita Multigrain Crispbread.
